Kim does individual and family therapy. She has over 6 years of counseling experience working with adults and children (ages 3-19). She worked for 3 -1/2 years with children in Therapeutic Foster Care. In this environment, Kim worked with kids that were emotionally, physically and sexually abused. She supervised visits with the biological family at times and did counseling with some of the children and their biological parents in hopes of reunification. Kim has also worked in an agency setting with adults who were survivors of sexual abuse, depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues and children on the autism spectrum. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but is not certified.
