ACE Survey at Recnok.com: Preliminary Results

Recovery in Oklahoma Adverse Childhood Experiences Survey Results

Here are the early results from our ACE survey. These are only preliminary results and I’m hoping to collect a lot more data before conducting any analysis. If you missed the original post on the Adverse Childhood Experiences study, you can find it here.

It looks like those taking the survey are overwhelmingly female, over 40 and educated. As expected, the majority of respondents so far work in social services. I’m hopeful to attract some participants from other fields for statistical comparison. So far, the average ACE score is 3.8 with high rates of substance abuse and mental health problems leading the way.

If you haven’t already, please complete the ACE survey here and send the link to anyone you know who might be interested in completing the survey.
